Dental implants in Marbella

An implant replaces the tooth root and carries a crown, bridge or a full restoration. Planned, placed and restored by one team — to German standards.

Independent practice – we treat in the premises of German Clinic iMed.

Fixed teeth instead of dentures

You bite, speak and laugh again without thinking about a removable restoration.

02

Bone is preserved

Chewing forces are transmitted into the jaw again, which slows bone loss.

03

Healthy teeth stay untouched

Unlike a bridge, adjacent teeth do not need to be prepared.

04

Long-lasting with good care

With regular check-ups and hygiene, implants last many years.

When an implant is the best solution

When a tooth is missing, the jawbone in that area changes over time. A titanium implant is placed into the bone, integrates there and takes over the role of the natural root. Neighbouring teeth do not have to be ground down.

Every procedure starts with thorough diagnostics: clinical examination, X-ray and, where needed, a three-dimensional scan. Only then do you receive your treatment plan with timeline and costs, in writing.

Treatment is usually possible even with limited bone. Bone grafting and sinus lift are part of our daily work, as are fixed full-arch restorations with All-on-6.

3D diagnostics

On screen we can see beforehand exactly where the implant will sit. Bone, nerves and sinus are measured to the millimetre.

Titanium and ceramic

The titanium body fuses with the jawbone. On top sits a full-ceramic crown, matched in shade and shape.

The procedure

Placing the implant usually takes only a few minutes – under sterile conditions and, if you wish, with sedation or general anaesthesia.

The result

Once everything has healed, the final crown is fitted. What remains is a tooth that does not feel foreign.

Frequently asked questions

Is placing an implant painful?

The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and is normally pain-free. Sedation or general anaesthesia is available on request.

How long does healing take?

Usually three to six months, depending on bone quality and region. Immediate restoration is possible in suitable cases.

What does an implant cost?

It depends on the number of implants, available bone and the restoration. You receive a written cost plan before treatment starts.

I have too little bone — is it still possible?

In most cases yes. Bone grafting, a sinus lift or an All-on-6 concept create the foundation.
